THE CONTENT OPTIMIZATION WORKSPACE

Good writing deserves to be found.

Bring your words. We’ll help with the details that make them work harder.

People first.
Search engines, too.

01 Set your focus

Start with the search intent
Separate with commas · up to 12 unique phrases
Editorial targets 600–1,800 words · 0.5–2% frequency

Targets are your writing preferences, not ranking requirements. Frequency = phrase mentions ÷ total words × 100.

02 Make room for your words

Paste your text, Markdown, or HTML. Use # for an H1 and ## for an H2.

THE YUNA APPROACH

Write for a person.
Use the numbers as a guide.

Yuna SEO checks the details that can make content clearer and easier to navigate. It does not predict rankings or replace editorial judgment.

Keywords, without the stuffing.

We count case-insensitive, whole-phrase matches. Whitespace and curly apostrophes are normalized; synonyms and word stems are not. The default 0.5–2% range is adjustable, not a Google recommendation.

A target, not a magic length.

The default 600–1,800 words is a starting point for article planning. Search intent determines how much you need to say. Short-text mode skips article length checks.

Structure readers can follow.

We flag missing or multiple H1s, skipped levels, and headings outside a 15–70 character guide. These are editorial and accessibility cues, not automatic search penalties.

A transparent content score.

Passing checks earn full weight, review items 45%, and issues 0%. Primary-keyword presence, H1 structure, page titles, duplicate tags, and indexing restrictions carry double weight. Only applicable checks are scored.

Word counts include headings and visible content, excluding metadata and image alt text. URL analysis uses source HTML, not a rendered browser; it cannot check rankings, backlinks, site speed, robots.txt, or guarantee indexability. Imported metadata remains a snapshot until you re-import.
